How does coaching work?

Coaching sessions can take place either by face-to-face, Skype or telephone, depending on location and personal preference. At JNC we work with you to determine the areas in your life that need a boost, and support you to develop tools to get there.
Because coaching is about change, a series of 12 sessions is recommended. There is an intake session of 90 minutes followed by 11 weekly sessions which typically last 50 minutes.

Together with your coach, you will devise an action plan for the week to help you stay on track and keep you focused on achieving your goals. This provides a tangible record of the progress you are making.

The 12 session is a Consolidation & Reflection session. In this session you both look back over the coaching journey and talk about the highlights, the breakthroughs and the key learning moments. It is an important session to acknowledge and celebrate your successes.

Coaching programs

Transition Coaching – helping you to transition smoothly and confidently from one life situation to a new one. Presentation skills coaching – helping you to undo the fears that prevent you from being sensational and turn you into a confident, capable public speaker.

Adult ADD Coaching – helping you understand how to get the best out of yourself, diminishing feelings of overwhelm and anxiety, learning effective tools and new habits that build on your strengths.
